2. Return Shipping Costs

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or where the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost during return transit.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible with:

your order number;
photographs showing the issue;
a brief description of the problem.

We will review the information and work with you to provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer rights.

4. Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and approved.

Refunds are issued using the original payment method unless another arrangement is agreed where permitted.

Your payment provider may require additional time before the funds appear in your account.
